Lathrop Deck and Fence started in 2019 with a simple idea: Lathrop homeowners deserved a deck and fence contractor they could actually trust. At the time, the city was growing fast - River Islands was expanding, new subdivisions were going up along I-5, and families were moving in looking to make their backyards usable. There was plenty of work, but not enough contractors who knew local permit requirements, understood the clay soil conditions, or cared about HOA approval timelines.
We built this company to fill that gap. Every project starts with a real site visit, a written estimate, and a clear timeline - no vague ballparks, no surprises once the crew shows up. Lathrop summers hit 100 degrees and higher, and we select materials that hold up through that kind of heat. We pull permits on every job, work with HOA boards when needed, and treat every backyard like it belongs to someone we know.
